As a Dubai based regulated provider Wincore Advisory Group – its affiliates and associates- offer fiduciary, corporate, wealth structuring & tax advisory services. Our team has over 40 years of experience in providing premium services in the Swiss & Middle East corporate and private wealth & banking industry.

Our clients range from entrepreneurs, SME, HNWIs, wealthy families and foundations to multinational companies, UHNWIs and institutions seeking to structure, consolidate or restructure their multi- jurisdictional personal or business assets in an unstable and challenging regulatory, economic and political environment.

Mohammed Rahali

Managing Director

Mohammed heads the Group ’s operations in Dubai. His responsibilities extend to the expansion of the Group’s service offering and influence in the wider Middle East, MENA, Asia and Africa regions where the Group is investing to expand their services offering and influence.

He has over 20 years of experience focused on the delivery of a wide range of multi-jurisdictional, sophisticated and tailor-made holding structures, private and corporate wealth and succession planning solutions. Mohammed is therefore ideally qualified to advise our clients in a wide range of jurisdictions on the benefits, management and establishment of family offices, private trust companies, trusts, investment funds, foundations, SPVs, asset holding vehicles. Mohammed is also specialised in financial licensing, compliance & risk management, and CRS (AEOI).

Mohammed holds a Swiss LLM in International Taxation, a French LLM in International Business Law and a French Master in Banking Law. He holds the ICA International diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance. He also holds Diplomas in Swiss and International Trust Management and in UK Tax for International clients and is duly qualified by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in international corporate and trust Management.
