Mohammed heads the Group ’s operations in Dubai. His responsibilities extend to the expansion of the Group’s service
offering and influence in the wider Middle East, MENA, Asia and Africa regions where the Group is investing to expand their services offering and influence.
He has over 20 years of experience focused on the delivery of a wide range of multi-jurisdictional, sophisticated and tailor-made holding structures, private and corporate wealth and succession planning solutions. Mohammed is therefore ideally qualified to advise our clients in a wide range of jurisdictions on the benefits, management and establishment of family offices, private trust companies, trusts, investment funds, foundations, SPVs, asset holding vehicles. Mohammed is also specialised on CRS advisory , common reporting standard applicable to foreign financial accounts.
The Group also provides second citizenship and permanent residency services in Caribbean and European countries which grant clients additional security, confidentiality and business opportunities.
Mohammed holds a Swiss LLM in International Taxation, a French LLM in International Business Law and a French Master in Banking Law. He holds the ICA International diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance. He also holds Diplomas in Swiss and International Trust Management and in UK Tax for International clients and is duly qualified by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in international corporate and trust Management.

Gary Dugan has over 35 years of experience as Managing Director of some of the world leading Banks and wealth management companies.
He has a degree in Economics from Salford University. He is an associate of the UK Society of Investment Professionals and the CFA Institute.
For the past twenty years, he has been Chief Investment Officer managing assets of sovereign wealth funds and Ultra High Net Worth clients. He worked for JPMorgan (1993-2004), Barclays, Merrill Lynch in Europe; and for Emirates NBD and NBAD in the Middle East.
Gary has a close connection with the Middle East since 1995 in advising families in the region. More recently he has served as the Chief Investment Officer of Emirates NBD and NBAD. In 2015, he was awarded GCC Private Banker of the year by Wealth Briefing.
Gary is well-known in the industry for his outspoken but often-timely call on financial markets. He has a track record of calling the markets crashes of 1987 and 2007 and the tech wreck of 2000. But he also saw the upside in markets advising clients at Merrill Lynch to buy equities on March 17th, 2009.
His views are widely featured on TV and quoted in the financial media. He regularly speaks at investment conferences throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the US. His academic article on strategic asset allocation was published in 2004. He is currently working on a web site global-disruptors.com and he regularly writes research notes and blogs on investment and macroeconomic matters.

Kamal has long-term experience as Managing Director of some of the biggest international financial institutions.
He has over 17 years of experience in Wealth management & Finance Corporate Advisory. Kamal was formerly Managing Director, Member of the Executive Committee Wealth Management & Global Head of Africa for EmiratesNbd Bank in Dubai, Head of West Africa Wealth Management for Julius Baer Bank in Switzerland, and Director Member, Head of Africa, for Barclays Bank in Switzerland, where he was managing a large portfolio of HNWIs and UHNWIs based in Africa and Middle East.
Kamal holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Asset Management & International Finance and a Master of Science (MSc) in Quantitative Finance.
